Subscriptions

All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your listing remains active until then.

Refunds

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at evan@georgiarecoveryguide.com and we will review the situation.

Founding Offer Cancellation

If you subscribed under the Founding Offer ($49/month), cancelling before the 12-month founding period ends forfeits the locked rate. Should you re-subscribe after cancellation, standard pricing applies.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your listing will be marked past-due and may be downgraded. We will attempt to retry the charge per Stripe’s default retry schedule. Update your payment method in your billing portal to restore your listing.
